pumpkin season

White girl basic pumpkin season is in full swing. I've already had my pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks. Where else, of course. 600 calories later, I decided this is the year I will carve a pumpkin. David being the good sport, he agreed to drive to Bert's Pumpkin Patch. 

2 hour laters and we agreed the juice was not worth the squeeze. 

2 hours in the car
20-30 mins max at the so-called pumpkin farm
2 hours again in the car

What happened to the pumpkin patches I field tripped to as a kid? The kinds where there were fields and fields of pumpkins. I even opted not to work out because I thought I'd be walking miles. 

Lesson learned... at least my outfit spelled out white girl basic athleisure.
